This website counts pages, not people.

This page is about the website. QuietStrength Body, the app, is described on the home page.

What we count

Aggregate counts of page requests: how many times each page was requested, whether by something that looks like a browser, a search or AI crawler, or other automation, and in broad categories how the request arrived (no referrer, this site, a named search engine or social site, or somewhere else). We also count how many requests came from a phone-class browser.

What we don't

No cookies. Nothing of ours is stored in your browser. No visitor or session identifiers, no fingerprints, no stored IP addresses, no location, no record of any individual request or visit, no search terms and no addresses of the pages that sent you here. It isn't possible to work out what an individual did.

How

Firebase Hosting request logs are counted as they arrive by Google Cloud Logging and are excluded from log storage, so only the totals are kept. An IP address is checked inside Cloud Logging only to tell a genuine search or AI crawler from someone pretending to be one; it is never copied anywhere.

One thing in your browser

The site reads its content with Google's Firebase JavaScript library. That library keeps a small record in your browser (a firebase-heartbeat-database entry) containing only the date it last reported usage. It holds no identifier and we can't switch it off.

The app

None of this applies to the app. What the app stores and where is covered in its own privacy information when it is released.
